Calculating spending is a big job. But like any big job, it gets easier if you break it down into bite-size chunks.
There are two types of spending: Monthly Payments and Occasional Expenditures. We'll create a table for each.
Monthly payments are payments due each month, typically on the same day of the month. Examples: rent, utilities, phone, internet, streaming services, car payments, and credit card payments. Monthly payments typically involve a statement and are easy to calculate.
